My name is Camilla, and I’m the proud founder and head chef of Come Eat With Me, a Caribbean catering company born from a deep-rooted love for food, family, and the islands.

Get to Know Us

I grew up in the small but mighty community of South Caicos, where the scent of simmering stews and freshly baked bread drifted from kitchen to kitchen like a warm embrace. Our island may be quiet, but our kitchens are alive with stories—flavors passed down through generations, laughter shared over shared meals, and the steady hands of mothers and grandmothers teaching us how to feed both body and soul.
 

My earliest memories are of standing on a stool beside my father, watching him cook with a kind of care and rhythm that felt like magic. He taught me that cooking wasn’t just about following recipes—it was about feeling the food, knowing your ingredients, and putting love into every dish. From his coconut rundown to his Sunday pot roast, everything he made had a story and a soul. In my family, cooking was never just about recipes—it was about instinct, memory, and love. I still remember my father saying with a smile, “The seasoning’s in my fingers.”

The beginning

As I grew older, so did my passion. I started experimenting—mixing traditional island spices with new ingredients, trying different techniques, and dreaming up ways to put my own twist on the classics. I cooked for friends, for neighbors, for family celebrations—and every time, it felt right. It felt like home.

That’s when I knew "I was meant to feed people".
 

Not just with food, but with an experience. With comfort. With culture. With joy.

The launch

And so, Come Eat With Me was born. Based in Providenciales but inspired by the roots of South Caicos, this business is my way of sharing the spirit of the Caribbean with every client I serve. I use fresh, local ingredients, infused with bold, authentic flavors, and deliver them with the same care and love I was raised with.
 

Whether I’m preparing a private dinner, catering a large event, or cooking in someone’s home, I bring the same energy my father taught me: cook from the heart, feed with intention, and always serve with soul.

So when you taste my food, you’re not just tasting a dish—you’re tasting a piece of where I’m from.
